Answer. All products are sourced directly through accredited Australian abattoirs and fisheries.

Having accreditation is very important to manufacture healthy pet treats , you can be guaranteed that we at Loyalty Pet treats take our accreditation seriously, we have tractability, and we know who supplied us what product, all Loyalty Pet Treats management & staff practice high food standards for your safety & the safety of your pets. Ask your supplier if they have accreditation, just don’t take their word ask them for a copy of their accreditation. You could poison yourself & your pet if you don’t use accredited suppliers.

Answer. It is how our treats are manufactured with our patented state of the art Nutrieseal™ process that locks in the nutrition and flavour, without cooking or air drying.

Q. What is Nutrieseal™??

Answer. The Nutrieseal™ process is a state-of –the art food drying systems by way of using very low temperatures and a sealed environment in which the drying takes place.

The low temperature moisture extraction and the re circulation of the drying air retains the maximum amount of flavours and odours in the food and has the minimum effect/degradation of organics/nutrients within the food structure.

All product is pasteurized at a critical phase of the process to ensure all pathogens are killed. The level of moisture retained in the product ensures that pathogens cannot live in the product post drying.

Q. What is the difference between Nutrieseal™ and other systems used for drying pet treats??

Answer. Nutrieseal™ process uses very low temperatures in a fully sealed and purified environment in which to dry the products without drawing air from outside its own enclosed environment. Other systems use extreme heat; like oven cooking or air drying they blow hot air over the products to dry product. Theses drying systems are cost effective but are far inferior ways of drying, they do denature the finished products nutritionally and the aroma of the product usually has a very strong unpleasant odour. If it stinks something is not right & if you won’t put it in your mouth why would you feed it to your pet? Pets have higher sensitivity to smell and taste and they can tell the difference.

Q. How do I know I am buying Australian Manufactured??

Answer. We at Loyalty pet treats only sell the products that we manufacture ourselves that is a 100% guarantee. We do not buy anyone else’s pet treat products in and on sell them. As we are in the business we see quite a few misleading claims & false truths in the industry; product that is not labelled correctly, product that is not what it really is, product that is imported & you don’t realise it!!! This is all very misleading & deceptive

Q. Making claims about our product?

Answer. We can make claims about our products as we know how nutritionally good they are and about the exceptional quality, how much work and love goes into producing our amazing products. All product information we supply has been tested by independent NATA accredited laboratories.

  • Can your supplier make these claims?
  • Do they know who actually manufactured the original product? Does it come from the same producer each time?
  • Was the manufacturer accredited? Ask them to show a copy of their accreditation.
  • What country did it really came from?
  • Has the product been pasteurised?
  • Can pathogens grow (i.e. can product ‘spoil’) in the packet due to higher moisture levels?
  • Does product need to be refrigerated, or resealed to preserve its safety before/after opening?
  • Do your suppliers/ distributors/on sellers have insurance.

Some suppliers don’t have insurance or accreditation in place, these are very expensive & time consuming extra costs that us genuine manufactures must cover. For those that don’t have these they are a cost they don’t have to add into their bottom line & pass onto you.
These are a few simple questions that should be asked, you can buy cheap but will it be worth it in the end?

Q. Are Loyalty Pet Treats fattening for my pet??

Answer. No like everything please feed in moderation, with Loyalty Pet Treats the bad fats have been carefully trimmed off before processing. Many others treats in the market are processed with fat on as it is so much quicker than cutting it all off, then they are cooked just like a roast in the oven and packaged, end result is a smelly product and a bag of grease. Yuk!

Answer. Absolutely no, no, no, no our treats are totally free of everything, they are pure 100% meat and or offal.

Answer. It is the way they are processed, get them in and get them out as quickly as possible. Most are cooked at a high temperature. IF IT STINKS SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT!!!! If you won’t put it in your mouth why would your feed it to you pet!!!

Q. How do you compete against all the other cheap pet treats??
